We've used Schmitt Refrigeration for over a decade for our Heating & A/C annual service and for the few repairs needed. They provide excellent, convenient, consistent, quality service with qualified, polite, accommodating, clean, knowledgeable, service professionals at fair- dare I say affordable prices. We've never been disappointed, in fact, on occasion, have even been surprised by their flexible schedules- yes, they once responded to our distress on a weekend and we didn't have to sell any children or remortgage the house, yes they advised against spending additional money at this time suggesting waiting until another season would be the better value, and yes they even turned down a cash tip suggesting I donate it to a charity as accepting tips is against company policy! As if doing a great job wasn't enough, their integrity in a world full of selfishness and me me me's further solidifies their name in my brain and heart. There is only one HVAC company for me-Schmitt Refrigeration, I can't even name another.
