Schmitt Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Heating, Inc. has a rich history that began in 1968 when Robert Schmitt founded the company, laying the foundation for quality service and customer care. Over the years, the business was passed down to his son, Randy Schmitt, continuing its legacy of excellence. In 2009, Allison Williamson and Arley Wilmes began working with the company, overseeing the daily operations, and quickly growing to love the business as if it were their own. After gaining invaluable experience and a deep understanding of the industry, Allison and Arley made the decision to purchase the company in 2017. Since then, they have worked diligently to uphold the company's longstanding reputation for top-tier customer service, integrity, and a commitment to always putting the customer's best interests first. Today, we are incredibly proud to be a 100% women-owned business, continuing to serve our community with the same dedication and passion that has guided us for over five decades.
