Schmitt Refrigeration, Heating & Air is a woman-owned and operated company that was originally founded in 1968. Arley Wilmes and Allison Williamson started at Schmitt Refrigeration, Heating & Air in 2012. In 2017, they purchased the company with the promise to treat people fairly, be trustworthy and honest, while providing excellent customer service. Schmitt Refrigeration, Heating & Air has been working in the Evansville area for over 50 years and we pride ourselves in our excellent customer service and making each customer feel valued. We take the time to listen to each customer’s needs and wants and provide them with the best possible solution, always keeping their best interest in mind. We treat our customers like we would treat our own family.

Schmitt Refrigeration, Heating & Air services all makes, models, and sizes of heating and air conditioning units and we install brands such as Trane, Carrier, Ruud, Mitsubishi Ductless, and Goodman – just to name a few. We also service and install commercial ice machines and commercial kitchen equipment. We offer maintenance contracts to prolong the life of the equipment. We pride ourselves on being a full-service HVAC and Refrigeration company.

While based in our hometown of Evansville, IN our experienced technicians will travel anywhere our services are needed. After all, we aren’t comfortable until you are!
